We are looking for an Administrative Analyst with French.

For our expanding Warsaw-based CMG (Capital Market Group) business line we are looking for you as Administrative Analyst. 


What this job involves

The Data Analyst shall perform the following tasks:

The role will provide administrative support to our French Valuation teams

Processing of invoices (process from start to finish) on a local software (AREA) for a French real estate valuation team.Engage in frequent communication with stakeholders to maintain high standards of invoicing accuracy.Manage the creation of credit notes and new invoices as required.Draft client contracts adhering to approved templates.Finalize formatting of valuation reports before sending to clients.Operate conflict check procedures for new missions.Verify compliance of clients to match internal compliance policies (KYC).Undertake diverse administrative duties in support of the real estate valuation team's operations.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.

Good communication skills French is required (B2+)Good knowledge of English (B2)University diploma or equivalent, with relevant administrative or business-related certifications preferred.Proven experience in invoicing processes, preferably in a fast-paced professional environment.Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality work.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Nitro) and other relevant software.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work at a fast pace, large team with energy and enthusiasm.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.Strong problem-solving abilities and the willingness to take initiative.Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry is a plus.
