• Recording and managing employee information in automation systems
• Tracking and recording attendance, leave and assignments information.
• Preparing and updating personnel and management files. Administrative documents.
• Cooperation in issuing personnel orders and contracts.
• Responding to requests and personnel issues of employees.
• Coordination with other units in the field of human resources and administrative affairs.
Conditions Qualification:
• At least an associate degree or bachelor's degree in related fields (management/human resources).
• Familiarity with the principles and laws of labor and social security insurance is considered an advantage. Office software and human resources (especially Excel and Word).
• Previous experience in the field of administration, recruiting or human resources is considered an advantage.
• High accuracy, attention to details and ability to manage time.
