Prestigious UK law firm is hiring a new Administrative Assistant to work across multiple teams on a permanent basis, working with the Legal PAs to provide first-class support to the Lawyers and Partners in London office.
Up to £24,500
Stunning City office location
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 remotely
Key Duties for the Administrative Assistant include:
File opening/closing Archive management General administrative requests e.g. photocopying, scanning, filing Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports Audio dictation Managing and processing expenses Assisting in the billing process Prioritising workloads ensuring deadlines are met.Key Requirement for the Administrative Assistant include:
CILEx Secretarial Qualification Accurate typing speed of at least 60 words per minute Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Well presented with excellent communication skills
