Administrative Assistant 1
**Title: Administrative Administrator** **Location: Building 17, Onsite 100%** **Duration: 5 months (high possibility for an extension after the budget approval)** **Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week (No overtime)** **Pay Range: $15 to $18/hour** **Responsibilities** + **Core Tasks:** + Handle queuing and shipping equipment to data center new hires. + Replace equipment and manage new hire orders via approval apps. + Execute approximately 100 orders per week while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines. + **Secondary Tasks:** + Occasionally assist with booking travel reservations. + Support higher-level data center projects when required. + **Daily Breakdown:** + 10% Meetings + 40% Administrative tasks (emails, approvals, coordination) + 50% Equipment shipping and order management **Candidate Value Proposition** + **Growth Opportunities:** Potential to convert to a Full-Time Employee (FTE). + **Unique Experience:** Ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow; sponsors are open to teaching new skills to motivated individuals. **Candidate Requirements** **Minimum Qualifications:** + 0–2 years of professional experience in a related field. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneNote, etc.). + Demonstrated problem-solving skills (1+ years’ experience preferred). **Preferred Qualifications:** + Familiarity with Power BI (nice-to-have, not required). + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. **Disqualifiers:** + Poor time management skills or inability to meet deadlines. **Assessment & Hiring Process:** + **Hard Skills Assessment:** Scheduled during the week of the 19th. + Format: 30–45 minutes with the sponsor. **To apply:** Please click on the apply button and attach your updated resume.
