** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to fill a one- year assignment in the Quinton, AL area.


This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Requirements:

Required PPE:
Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Ear Plugs will be provided by the plant. Hazard, falling objects, dust and noise. This PPE is needed when out walking in or around the plant, not required in the office. Hard Toe shoes or boots will be provided by the employee.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERENCES
Experience Experience in an administrative support role required Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Experience using various applications (Maximo, Oracle, Timekeeping)

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Processing, tracking, and coordinating the completion of staff timesheets and procurement card reports Creating, and tracking project correspondence Manages calendars and coordinates meetings including logistics such as room scheduling and catering services Assist with meeting notes Maintain internal/external contact lists as well as other information and files Manage timekeeping and expense reports Create Purchase Requisitions Manage travel arrangements Prepare correspondence, develop presentations, and prepare reports Process and reconcile invoices Handle confidential or sensitive information Submit training course completions for department Handle all phases of contractor critical areas access requests and revocations Ensure record retention compliance

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization Possess superior organizational skills with a high attention to detail Ability to work with limited supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities  Ability to gain knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures Demonstrated strong teamwork skills, coupled with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet required deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy
