Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Multinational technology company in the Redmond WA(Hybrid) area for a Contract to hire **Administrative Assistant 2** role to assist their team. This is an hybrid role.

Duration: 18 months
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
DESCRIPTION:
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.
MUST HAVE:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience with Outlook.
Experience with calendar, travel and expense reports as well as helping their direct
reports as needed.
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as a Business Administrator or similar discipline.
Possess a working knowledge of MS products, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint
Experience with MS internal tools (MS Expense, Employee Central, etc.) is a plus
