SodexoMAGIC is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and customer service-oriented Administrative Assistant 2 for Paterson Public Schools located in Paterson, NJ. The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and general support duties for the food services within the district. SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson, and Sodexo. As a certified minority company, we deliver food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges and universities and aviation lounges. What You'll Do Provide administrative support for analysis, reports, and correspondence for a wide range of administrative and general support dutiesMaintain meal tracking, support with administration for the after-school snack program, perform menu database maintenance, and manage promotional flyersWork with SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPointDemonstrate a strong attention to detailWork as a team player and independentlyDemonstrate the initiative to seek solutions, resolve issues and have a hunger to grow and develop in this role.
