This position with the Nevada Department of Wildlife is an integral part of the team implementing NDOW's hunt applications, draw process, and licensing services while providing excellent customer service and continuously improving the programs. The incumbent will primarily assist Program Officers with tag returns/transfers; landowner and private land hunts; testing and reporting issues with Agency Management Solution (AMS) software; resolution of complex customer complaints including assisting license and tag-holders and license vendors; providing accounting support to include reconciling HQ sales and refunds; inventory control and fulfillment for licensing; providing customer service support during periods of elevated call volume and reviewing customer service calls completed by Regional and HQ Call Center staff for training and continuous improvement needs. Additionally, this position will be responsible for other duties such as document retention and destruction, assisting with Special License and Permits; DATS Division Policy and Procedure reviews; ADA document remediation; and providing support to staff for Wildlife Commission and Committee meetings. Special Requirements This position requires a valid driver's license or evidence of equivalent mobility at the time of appointment and for continuing employment. Additional Position Criteria This recruitment is only open to current classified employees in state service with at least six months of continuous, full-time equivalent service.
