Eagle Harbor LLC, is a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Contracting Leader, is seeking an Administrative Assistant with an active secret security clearance to support our government client in Chantilly, VA.

 Position Responsibilities:

Respond to routine telephone requests which have standard answers and refer call and visitors to appropriate staffType correspondence, reports, labels and similar material Compose correspondence of a routine and non-technical natureComplete data input assignments, prepare letters/emailsCoordinate reservations for meetings and conferencesPrepare slide presentations using PowerPointMaintain calendars/briefing logs for agency managementPrepare and submit reportsPerform related work as required.

Position Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship is requiredMust possess an active SECRET security clearance or aboveMust be able to pass an Agency background checkMust be able to pass a pre-employment background checkBachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred)High proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given timeAbility to work well independently in a team setting and interface with all levels of managementAbility to troubleshoot, research and obtain information for incomplete documentsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to respond to queries in both written and verbal formatsStrong organizational skillsImpeccable attention to detail
