We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant in the Downtown Los Angeles area to provide essential administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess strong communication and organizational skills. This role includes scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and handling phone calls professionally in both languages.
\n\nKey responsibilities include assisting with correspondence, maintaining electronic and paper files, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting event planning and community outreach efforts. The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will also handle general office duties such as ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
\n\nQualifications:\n\n\n\t\n\tBilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
\n\t\n\t\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (ability to create/edit documents, spreadsheets, and reports).
\n\t\n\t\n\tStrong organizational and multitasking skills.
\n\t\n\t\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n\t\n\t\n\tExperience handling phone calls in a professional setting.
\n\t\n\t\n\tPrior administrative experience, preferably in a non-profit environment.
\n\t\n\t\n\tAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
\n\t\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\n\t\n\tHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
\n\t\n\t\n\tKnowledge of MS Word & Excel.
