What Will You Be Doing? 

Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external leaders and other associates to coordinate a variety of complex meetings and eventsAnswer phones and direct all incoming calls promptly and efficientlyCommunicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the leadership or teamArrange travel schedule for leadership and teamPrioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through issues and deadlines in a timely mannerAssist with administrative financial management needs of the departmentAssist with communications and event planning needs of the departmentExpertise in preparing executive communications for internal and external needs, focus on presentation developmentHelp with various life management tasks as neededHandle additional requests as they arise

 

What Do You Need To Bring? 

Bachelor’s Degree or related experience  Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft OutlookStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalitiesAbility to maintain confidentialityStrong decision making and proactive problem-solving skillsAbility to manage priorities and deadlines calmly in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExceptional calendar and time management skillsProper presentation, development, and editing skillsEffective analytical, listening, and writing skillsExperience as an Administrative Assistant or other administrative role (preferred)This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
