Job Description
The Field Administrator provides crucial administrative, customer, and company relations support, along with facility management, to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. Reporting directly to the Area Supervisor, this role oversees area billing, reporting, and daily office functions to ensure they are organized and effective.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage area billing, reporting, and daily office operations.Support field construction management and crews as required.Assemble and maintain final job packages for handover to the billing team.Identify and escalate issues to management as necessary.Maintain a professional appearance at all times.Essential SkillsAbility to work well with diverse individuals from various backgrounds.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.Excellent organizational and planning skills.High commitment to achieving goals and tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate Degree or higher preferred.Administrative background preferred.Basic billing experience.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in the utility or construction industry is a plus.Work Environment
The work environment is a corporate office setting with a business casual dress code. The standard working hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5/6 PM, and a half-day on Friday, ending by 2-3 PM. The role requires working on a construction site, specifically in a well-maintained trailer.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
