Administrative Assistant – Lakewood National Golf Club (Lakewood Ranch, FL)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Lakewood National Golf Club is seeking a highly motivated, customer service-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our busy HOA Management Office. This front-line role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide courteous, prompt service to members, homeowners, and guests.
Manage front office operations, including answering phones and routing calls.
Perform administrative tasks: data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
Support the Community Association Manager with day-to-day operations.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
Team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Prior office or hospitality experience preferred.
CAM License is a plus, but not required.
