Administrative Assistant

Keep our office running smoothly and full of positive energy! You'll be the go-to person for keeping things organized, supporting the attraction’s leadership team, and making sure everything feels welcoming, professional, and ready for fun.
**Qualifications & Experience**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide exceptional service and promote a fun, fast-paced environment in line with the Merlin Way.
+ Maintain confidentiality and support management with administrative and operational tasks.
+ Develop and manage back-of-house support systems.
+ Assist with recruitment and onboarding: job fairs, interviews, I-9s, orientations, uniforms, and materials.
+ Coordinate employee recognition and social events.
+ Handle clerical tasks: filing, scanning, organizing documents, and mailing.
+ Manage office vendor POs and supply levels (Amazon, Staples, etc.).
+ Greet and direct visitors, including vendors and job candidates.
+ Facilitate clear communication across teams and maintain organized noticeboards and common areas.
+ Oversee visitor check-ins, call screening, and general office troubleshooting.
+ Ensure office equipment is working and assist during peak times or on special projects as needed.
**Education and Experience:**
+ Customer service and public-facing office experience preferred
+ Outgoing, service-focused personality; thrives in team or solo settings
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Comfortable in fast-paced, multitasking environments
+ Proficient with office software, filing systems, and equipment
+ Skilled in organization, prioritization, proofreading, and basic research
+ Able to learn new office procedures and formats quickly
+ Collaborative and professional with both team and public
+ Must be available to work one weekend day per month

**Pay Range**
USD $15.00/Hr.
