Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Responsible for overall customer service for incoming telephone calls, resolution of customer inquiries, and administrative support.Responsible for daily work processes associated with cash receipts, and deposits
Responsibilities
1) Provide superior customer service while managing a high volume of incoming calls.
2) Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
3) Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
4) Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
5) Pick, sort and distribute daily mail.
6) Take afternoon mail to post office, drop manual deposit to bank at same time if needed.
7) Sort, open and deliver internal tote mail, FedEx and UPS packages.
8)Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
9) Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting
and recording accounts receivables’ data.
10) Verify discrepancies and resolve customers’ billing issues.
11) Cover front desk breaks/lunches and PTO/Sick days.
12) Process credit inquires, address changes and status changes on accounts.
13) Set up new customer accounts and update existing customer profiles.
14) Process Account Adjustments.
15) Maintain NSF reconciliation/Collections on NSF checks.
16) Update all computer systems with accurate data to ensure consistency in databases.
17) Scan documents into paperless document imaging system.
18) Monitor supply inventory.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
