Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Kapolei, Hawaii. This role involves providing essential support to the HR team during a leave period, ensuring smooth operations and continuity. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, along with a commitment to professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities:
• Screen and evaluate resumes for open roles to identify candidates with relevant experience.
• Manage communication with potential candidates, including sending inquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain effective communication with applicants.
• Organize and maintain digital records, files, and HR-related documentation.
• Update and track internal HR spreadsheets and trackers to ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare, distribute, and manage onboarding materials for new hires.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, ensuring seamless workflow.
• Handle email correspondence and maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for HR-related activities.
Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate and team interaction.
• Detail-oriented office etiquette, including punctuality, confidentiality, and reliability.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with scheduling interviews and reviewing resumes for HR purposes.
