Administrative Assistant
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a team in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Responsibilities: • Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly. • Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and documentation. • Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize team productivity. • Handle E-Mail correspondence professionally, ensuring timely responses to internal and external stakeholders. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create documents and presentations. • Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency. • Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to important information. • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed. • Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and processes. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Previous experience handling customer service and email correspondence. • Familiarity with scheduling and calendar management. • Comfortable working onsite in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.
