SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the company’s executive staff. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. This is an in person position.
Keep the General Manager's advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.Maintain paper and electronic filing systems.Maintain confidential and sensitive information.Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, and attending to logistics of meetings, and taking notes.Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executives.Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.Coordinate travel arrangements.Maintain various records and documents for company executives.Complete a variety of special projects.Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.Skills and Qualifications
