Join our dynamic Global Vehicles department as an Administrative Assistant. This new team is dedicated to managing projects for global vehicles and ground support equipment. You will play a critical role in handling asset management onboarding, which involves updating vehicle locations, entering specifications, and transferring assets as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and update asset information within the asset management system.
+ Perform detailed data entry tasks with precision.
+ Ensure accurate location updates and specifications for vehicles.
+ Support asset transfers to new locations efficiently.
+ Maintain comprehensive records for both leased and company-owned vehicles.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in administrative support and customer service.
+ Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
+ Strong data entry skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma required.
+ 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
+ Experience as a parts administrator or in asset management is highly desirable.
Work Environment
You will work in a comfortable office environment, within a cubicle setting. The role requires collaboration with team members and involves working with various technological systems.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.39 - $25.39/hr.
