Administrative Assistant
What You'll Do The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support services for staff and participants to the WeCARE program as well as manage a busy reception areas. Your responsibilities will include: + Provide participant reception services including greeting participants, answering, and directing phone calls. + Perform telephone outreach to individuals who failed to report for appointments. + Print reports and review for errors and inconsistencies. + Explain process and services to participants and obtain participant signatures for consent. + Assist in scheduling participant appointments. + Maintain participant medical documents, attendance records and files. + Enter participant demographic data and action codes and scan documents into computerized databases. + Perform other related duties as assigned. You're a great fit for this role if you have: + High school diploma or GED. + + Bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred. + + 1 year of full-time administrative support experience. + + Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and be sensitive to maintaining confidentiality. + + Experience working with public assistance recipients, homeless, formally incarcerated, and/or those affected by the challenges associated with poverty a plus. + Computer proficiency with the ability to enter data into specialized databases. Compensation $19.24-$20.20/hr.
