QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any four-year course Has work experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the real estate industry Must have good communication skills (Written & Verbal)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General Administrative

Liaises with other departments regarding administrative concerns Coordinates schedules and meetings of the Marketing Department Organizes and maintains inventories of office materials/assets Monitors, distributes, and documents the inter-office memos of the Marketing Department Responds to text messages and calls within a reasonable time period Coordinates utility requests and meeting room reservation

Documentation and Reporting

Provides status reports and updates regularly

Organizational Support and Values

Adheres to the company policies Provides support for the department and teammates within and beyond the scope of the job description
