Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role you will get to perform integrated, multidisciplinary assessments that assess survivability of critical U.S. and allied national/theater mission systems, networks, architectures, infrastructures, and assets.
The Navy and Marine Corps Mission Assurance (MA) Program and FRCS Program requires highly specialized technical, analytical, and investigative support services to develop and conduct comprehensive assessments of an Installation and/or Facility critical infrastructure, utility infrastructure, and operational utility technology, which includes FRCS as it relates to the warfighter’s risk.
These assessments create visibility for Commanders at all levels and provide the ability to understand where there are risks to a warfighter’s missions and the supporting mission-critical facility/infrastructure, utility system, and FRCS.
What You'll Be Doing:
May be the primary liaison between two or more groups, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information and materials.Researches and compiles statistical information and related data, produces special or recurring reports, and completes special projects as assigned. May maintain and monitor the operating budget as directed.Establishes and maintains document archiving and retrieval systems, prioritizing the flow of project reports/correspondence and ensuring timeliness in the handling, processing, and resolution of requests, requirements, or problems.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Associates Degree in Business (or equivalent) and typically 8+ years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in the assigned area of specialty.Must have SECRET Clearance
