Responsibilities:

Manage office procedures and ensure compliance with policies.

Sort and distribute communications, create and update records, and handle invoices and expenses.

Identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate vendor contracts, monitor supplies, and handle shortages.

Manage end-to-end processes for domestic and overseas business trips, and assist in arranging events.

Provide support to visitors, coordinate office maintenance, and perform front desk duties as needed.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of previous experience in an Office Admin, Office Manager role, or a related field.

A team-oriented individual who can collaborate with various team members and departments within an international setting.

Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

Proficient in time management.

Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written skills.
