About the Opportunity

This full-time role will assist in coordinating the MFA Safety Program and assist the Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory Department staff in developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring the SER Programs. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

Our expectations are that you:

Will provide administrative support to the SER staff including, but not limited to: department mailings, department budget assistance, invoice coding, scheduling and attending department meetings and trainings Can track regulatory inspections Have an understanding of anhydrous ammonia operations and current requirements Will be the point of contact for questions concerning record keeping and preventative maintenance, including entry of completed work orders Will coordinate with SER Field Specialist on the completion of Hazard Assessments, Compliance Audits, and incident investigations Will assist with the development, upkeep, coordination, and delivery of the MFA Anhydrous Ammonia Training course, as well as compile and complete anhydrous ammonia reports Will assist with the RCI system, including document uploading, data retrieval for reporting, system support, system updates, and platform preventative maintenance Will assist with tracking new hire and terminated employees Will assist the Safety Coordinator with the Company’s safety program Will assist with SHIELD Saves Incentive
