We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a well-respected company with locations around the region! This role will provide support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Your role will involve assisting with various administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and providing exceptional customer service. Experience working in a professional services firm is a plus! Candidates must have an active driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Assist owner of the company with all aspects of daily, weekly and monthly routines Field all calls and emails, calendar invitations, billing, and process accordingly Good computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
