The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm for tasks such as generating reports, printing, copying, collating, organizing, and organizing and filing.

Key Responsibilities:

− Handling office tasks such as developing and maintaining filing systems, printing, copying, etc.
− Writing and distributing emails and other correspondence
− Generating regularly scheduled reports
− Developing and using systems to monitor and organize information
− Acting as a point of contact for internal and external parties
− Maintaining Professionalism and Punctuality
− Taking Ownership/ Accountability
− Being Flexible: Job responsibilities may change based on needs
− Adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations
− Using effective communication skills
− Using effective time management skills
− Being a member of a highly effective team
− Completing mandatory pieces of training


Education and Experience:
− A minimum of a High School Diploma, some college or bachelor's degree a plus
− Work or life experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus
− Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Word and MS Excel)

− Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
− Willing to take initiative
− Attention to detail
− Ability to prioritize work
− Excellent written and verbal communication skills
− Working knowledge of office equipment

Pay Rate: $24.04-$24.04
