Responsibilities: 

 

Operational Activity: 

You will provide high-level administrative support to Director of Land, Land Managers and team members.

You will plan and manage large team gatherings, including meetings and catered events.

You will manage Director’s calendar, travel and scheduling.

You will manage meeting requests including creation/distribution of agenda, meeting logistics, reminders, consolidation of presentations, etc.

You will prepare reports, presentation materials and spreadsheets for management and external presentations including securing approvals.

You will handle confidential information with discretion.

You will perform a full range of administrative duties including but not limited to managing calendar/schedules, mail handling, coordinating travel arrangements (domestic & international), review/processing expense report statements, ordering catering, securing meeting rooms and event venues, and transportation.

You will collaborate with various staff and departments to prepare special projects.

You will create, modify and manage department teamsites and team calendar.

 

Competencies: 

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Self-starter with independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize.

Strong decision making and analytical skills.

Ability to anticipate the need to help/step-in without being asked.

Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of company information.

Attentive to detail and accuracy.

Flexible with a positive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work overtime as needed.

Experience supporting large, high-volume team.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

Minimum of 5 years professional administrative experience or related work experience.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Business or related degree preferred. 

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to create/manage detailed and complex reports and spreadsheets, and correspondence. 

Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision. 

Strong interpersonal skills - communicative, willingness to meet new people, fosters a positive environment. 

Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsets required. 

Candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of Denver, CO. 

 

Physical Requirements:

Work Environment:

No exposure to dust, chemicals, gases, fumes, smoke, excessive noise, and/or vibrations. 

Work generally performed in an office environment. 

Travel may be required for assignments, meetings, and training. 

Overtime work may be required.
