Apply today to be a part of our great team Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as an Administrative Assistant. Position Highlights: Create a welcoming experience for guests and team members by providing assistance and support. Assist with daily office operations to promote an efficient environment. Position Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival and provide direction and assistance during their visit Receive calls and assist with general questions or transfer to other departments or team members as appropriate Receive and process deliveries and shipping requests Track and maintain inventory of supplies to ensure workrooms and kitchens are stocked appropriately and work with vendors to order additional supplies as needed Assist with catering and set-up/clean-up for office meetings or events Maintain conference rooms and common areas ensuring spaces are organized and tidy Assist with new hire onboarding including desk setup and welcome package Generate and maintain office-related reports such as phone lists, seating charts, visitor logs, inventory lists, parking validations, and maintenance logs Provide other general administrative support to the office Skills: Exceptional customer service skills with a high degree of professionalism Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and operate new systems, equipment and technology Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Working knowledge of Canva preferred Demonstrated ability to address multiple tasks and adapt as priorities change Qualifications: Associates Degree or some college in business administration or related field preferred 2 or more years of administrative or front desk experience in a fast-paced office environment Physical Requirements: Sedentary for extended periods of time up to 5-6 hours per day Pushing and/or pulling a cart with heavy boxes/objects for distribution Lifting and/or carrying up to 20 pounds Frequent walking, moving, bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, and balancing Using fine motor skills for tasks requiring precision such as typing or assembling Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: The expected Base Salary range for this position is between $21.03 to $29.96 per hour, equivalent to $43,700 to $62,300 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
