The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient division’s operations.

Facilitates vehicle and hotel booking for PDE travels Processes payments of transportation service providers and properly coordinates with the service providers for the payment status Provides executive admin support to Chief PDE Officer Receives hard copies of invoices from suppliers and submits to document verifier for payment processing Receives and sorts daily mail/deliveries and distribute to the appropriate employee Receives and monitors inventory and requisitions of PDE assets and office supplies at Manila Office Monitors repair and maintenance of office equipment Routes documents for signing thru Docusign Facilitates room reservation for internal and external meetings of PDE, receives PDE customers and visitors at Manila Office and directs them appropriately
