We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our New England office based in Chelmsford, MA. As an Administrative Assistant for STRUCTURAL, you will be accountable for routine office duties including but not limited to front office receptionist tasks, data entry, and overall office administration.
Expected hours of operations for this position: Monday – Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
+ Answering and transferring phone calls
+ Greeting employees and visitors to the office
+ Managing incoming and outgoing mail
+ Assisting with meeting and event planning and set up for the office
+ Assisting with payroll, and AP/AR processing
+ Manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information, ensuring it is handled securely and in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.
+ Process new hires with onboarding and orientation
+ Assist with posting company/branch events and celebrations
Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this position:
+ 2+ years of previous administrative experience
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills with office management
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Flexible, skilled at multi-tasking, detail oriented and organized
Candidates with the following background may be given preference:
+ Previous experience working in the construction industry
+ Bi-lingual English-Spanish
