Administrative Assistant
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in CASEYVILLE, Illinois. The successful candidate will be a key player in our team, providing essential administrative support in a busy environment. This role is crucial to maintaining our service quality across the industry, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls, ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. • Provide excellent customer service, fostering strong relationships with customers and maintaining a positive company image. • Conduct regular data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up to date. • Manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Make outbound calls when necessary, providing information or following up on previous inquiries. • Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word to manage, organize, and present data. • Schedule appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. • Maintain an organized and efficient workplace, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner. • Monitor customer accounts, identifying any issues and taking appropriate action. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word • Experience with answering inbound calls and managing inbound outbound calls • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy • Skilled in handling email correspondence professionally and promptly • Capable of efficiently scheduling appointments • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality • Prior experience in an administrative role would be advantageous.
