What you’ll do:
Perform administrative tasks, manage calendars, coordinate open enrollment for courses and handle other administrative requests with excellence Schedule calls with Gallup course participants and Gallup coaches via email and phone Print, organize and check the quality of translations for course materials and ensure they are shipped to participants in a timely manner Leave a lasting impression on everyone you encounter using clear and sophisticated communicationWho we want:

Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required At least three years of reception and/or administrative assistant experience required Strong written and verbal communication skills required Availability to work three days a week in Gallup’s Japan office required Full native fluency in Japanese and a strong proficiency in English required Previous international exposure preferred Eligibility to work in Japan on a full-time basis required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorshipWhat we offer:
