Compensation: $25-30/hourLocations: Mentone, TexasWork Schedule: M-F / 40 hours a weekAssignment Duration: 6 months+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), including 401K and holidays Responsibilities Provide reception support, supply ordering, greeting clients, visitors and helping with meeting setup, cleanup, and other support as requested by office staffCoordinates with and provides support to other groups such as IT,HR, etc. Perform advanced skills required to operate business equipment associated with mailroom and telephone/reception area Travel planning and expense reportingVendor contactManagement of budgets and cost managementHelps support office space planning for departmentOffice safetyEstablish constructive working relationships with business leadership

 

Qualifications An advanced knowledge of Windows is requiredComfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel3 years experience is preferredPlant/refinery experience a plusHigh School Diploma or GED
