What You Can Expect

As an Administrative Assistant focusing on Dispatch and Scheduling, you are responsible for building a schedule for residential and commercial job orders placed and assigning them to insulation crews to complete. In addition, you will oversee and maintain all job order paperwork from start to finish. Your day-to-day will always look a little different, but include:

Collaborating and communicating with builders, sales personnel and insulation crews on the status of each job orderCollecting, checking and organizing documentation regarding incoming and outgoing job ordersCreating daily crew schedulesIf required, create a new phase in jobCORE for any repairs or extra material for jobs billed completeUpload CF6R/CF2R insulation certificates to Cal Certs for Quality Insulation tractsIssue insulation certificates and distribute to customer once job is paidTracking and maintaining DOT informationAnswer PhonesInteract heavily with customers To Be Successful High School Diploma or GED requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookAdapt easily to changing situations, work-flow and deadlinesRespond to situations is a positive manner and provide good customer service skillsStrong organizational and data entry skillsWork in a very dynamic environment with deadlinesWork independently and as a teammateAttention to detailsSpanish proficiency is a plus

Schedule: Monday – Friday 

 

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

 

Position requires a drug test be completed, contingent upon employment and a background check if applicable.
