Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 6+ month project with our energy client in Walnut Creek, CA.
Responsibilities
Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, including new client calls, processing/scanning mail Drafting documents, transcription, identifying, saving, and filing legal documents Assisting with relationships with vendors and clients Organizing and scheduling of appointments and meetings Chronologizing medical records, billing and handling client payments Drafting HIPPA authorizations, assisting attorneys with administrative tasks, Working with co-workers as part of a team, and other tasks as they arise and as the team member demonstrates the ability to handle higher level tasks. Possible legal secretary experience
