  The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Field Manager. Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate appointments with customers and maintain digital calendars Update customer records within a database Source, print, prepare job details according to schedule Manage communication including emails, phone calls, and cases. Receive invoices and approve for accuracy. Engage with visitors and outside vendors Qualifications & Experience High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate degree in Business Administration preferred. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF SalesForce.com experience is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with routinely shifting demands High degree of attention to detail Data entry experience Time Management skills
