**Administrative Assistant**
**Summary** **:** To provide administrative support to the General Manager, Department Managers, and Sales Staff.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority):**
+ Answer and screen incoming calls and correspondence, and respond independently when possible.
+ Coordinates ordering of office supplies for departments and handle administrative duties as needed.
+ Sort, distribute, and process incoming mail.
+ Process truck sales and vehicle titles, and prepare other paper work as needed.
+ Handle onboarding of new hires by performing new hire orientations.
+ Code invoices as needed.
+ Acts as custodian of all documents and records.
+ Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
+ Other duties as assigned.
+ Maintain regular on-site attendance.
**Work Environment:**
+ Ability to sit frequently and for long durations.
+ Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
+ May be exposed to outdoor weather during event management.
+ The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
**Physical & Mental Requirements:**
+ Ability to regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
+ Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
**Education, Skills & Knowledge Required:**
+ Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and/or training; three to six years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Contact Management systems; Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.
+ Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
+ Ability to write simple correspondence.
+ Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
