Responsibilities Include: + Answer and route phone calls. + Provide administrative support. + Computer data input and filing. + Create documents using Word, Excel, and other software. + Purchase supplies and services and make payments. + Retrieve and distribute mail. + Assist with employee expense reports and reimbursements. + Receive, coordinate, and file client information. + Assist with intake calls. + Process and file vendor paperwork. + Attend and participate in all staff meetings and in-service trainings, as required. + Report any crisis or serious concerns to supervisor immediately. + Conduct facility tours, as needed. + Always maintain professional boundaries with clients. + Performs other tasks, as assigned. Qualifications: + A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office environment. + High School diploma or equivalent required + Previous experience working in healthcare is very helpful. + Approachable personality to welcome staff of all levels to seek help from you. \#montenidoaffiliates
