· Manage a multi-line phone system· Schedule in-home and in-showroom appointments for home improvement projects· Schedules installation appointments ensuring jobs are scheduled in an efficient and timely manner· Performs other duties as assignedBasic QualificationsHigh school Diploma or GED1+ years of administrative support or scheduling experience1+ years of Customer Service experience1+ years of in-home appointment settingExperience in HOA approvals and permit submissionsPreferred QualificationsExperience in accurately managing customer recordsCRM experience a plusCustomer-centric mindsetDemonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environmentHome Improvement/Home Services experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWindow Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences.
