Compensation: $25/hourLocation: Denver City, TXWork Schedule: 9/80Duration: 6-12 monthsBenefits: Comprehensive benefits with 401(k), PTO and HolidaysResponsibilities Performs daily office responsibilities (i.e., phones, faxes, copying, filing, mail, typing, etc.)Provides mail processing for the office (i.e. incoming, outgoing, overnight packages, certified mail, etc.)Tabulates barrels of oil sold monthly and accurately relays information to corporate officeMeets and greets visitors, liaise with vendors and consultants to coordinate services as neededOrders and distributes various supplies and other items (i.e. food, badges) and inventories supplies on a regular basisPerforms various data entry assignments. May act as department document control coordinatorCoordinates various processes and maintains documents and records related to process (may include audits)Prepares, monitors and maintains various files, reports, records, systems, and documents including invoices, spreadsheets, etcProvides administrative support as assigned and as needed. May provide receptionist duties as neededMay schedule travel arrangementsMay perform analysis and review of various assigned transactionsMay maintain orderliness and cleanliness of conference rooms, boardroom, reception area and kitchens or other assigned areas as well as all related equipmentSpecial assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their manager, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion
Qualifications Previous regulatory experience a plus, or work on railroad commission.5 years of administrative support experience preferredExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Very detail-oriented and discrete with confidential information Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF and knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite products with knowledge of Document Management Systems Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service oriented Able to use critical thinking while working independently in a fast-paced multi-task environment to meet project deadlinesHigh School diploma or equivalent required
