What we are looking for:
Aldridge is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role is responsible for supporting the divisions COO & their team.
What you will do:
+ Providing administrative support to operations personnel
+ Completing special projects as assigned by supervisor
+ Prepare and update organizational charts and presentations for use at internal/external meetings
Who you are:
+ Self-motivated, assertive and organized including ability to prioritize
+ Related business experience preferred
+ Construction experience highly desired
+ Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite
+ Ability to critically think and analyze data
+ Ability to create, troubleshoot, format in Excel
+ Ability to format, create, proofread in Word

What we offer:
The annual base pay for this role is between $65,000 - $90,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus. Aldridge provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following:
