Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is the first person to greet employees, visitors, and vendors as they enter the building. The position also provides administrative and clerical support to the Facilities management team. This position shall be responsible for back-office facility related operations for multiple different locations.
What youll do on a typical day:
· Take incoming calls and direct to the proper department or division.
· Greet employees, visitors, and vendors as they enter the facility and help them get to their proper destination.
· Maintain accuracy of workflows, practices, and standards to ensure that ongoing support is provided for operations.
· Provide administrative backup support to other facilities staff members.
· Provide customer service to all internal business units and building occupants, providing a safe, comfortable, and productive workplace environment.
This individual will be making $16.00-$20.00/hr. determined by the hiring manager in the interview process.
