Our client, a well known logistics company in Monroe Township, NJ is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This a full-time, desk-based position with an immediate need for a dedicated individual. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong Excel skills, and have excellent communication and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and manage incoming emails professionally and promptly.Answer phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing them as needed.Perform accurate data entry tasks, managing and updating information as required.Utilize Excel for various administrative tasks, including data analysis and report generation.Work closely with high-end clients, providing administrative support in a professional manner.Qualifications and Skills:
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.Strong proficiency in Excel for data entry, analysis, and report creation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in general computer operations and office software.Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required.Pay and Shift:
Monday - Friday8:00 AM - 4:30 PM$19.00
