**Administrative Assistant, Monticello, AR** Interfor is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic team player to join our team as a **Administrative Assistant** in **Monticello** , **AR** . Starting rate for this position is $21.33 per hour with the potential to grow based on skill level and experience. **What You'll Do:** + Answering and directing phone calls, managing emailcorrespondence, and distributing information. + Collate and distribute mail + Greeting visitors and directing them to theappropriate person. + Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travelarrangements for all mill employees. + Setting up meeting rooms, preparing agendas, takingminutes, and following up on action items. + Preparing and distributing letters, memos, reports, presentations,and other documents. + Ordering office supplies, managing inventory, andcoordinating maintenance of office equipment. + General housekeeping, organizing, and upkeep ofMain Office. + Ad Hoc support for Human Resources/Management. + Inputting information into databases and spreadsheets. + Coordinate community engagement programs and employeerelations activities. + Be accessible to all employees, routinely spendingtime in the mill and following up on concerns and issues as they arise. + Keeps inventory and all related records organized andorderly for ease of retrieval and assists with monthly physicalinventories. + Adhere to all safety regulations. + Perform any otherduties as deemed necessary **What You Offer:** + Post-Secondary education is preferred. + At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative/manufacturing role. + Thorough knowledge of lumber manufacturing including equipment and processes. + Strong overall knowledge of the method of sawmill operations. + Exposure to sawmill equipment and maintenance including the mechanical and electrical components. + Demonstrated commitment to safety. + Express a high level of confidentiality. + Attention to detail and accuracy + Self-starter with the ability to multitask andprioritize effectively with minimum supervision. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, bothverbal and written, with the ability to workeffectively in an interactiveteam environment. + Purchasing and receiving experience. + Strong administrative and computer skills, experiencewith Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word and CMMS. EAM is anasset. + Proficient in operating general office equipmentincluding calculator, phone, fax, copier, etc. + Ability to work flexible hours/days to conductinventory, attend events, and serve as backup. + **PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS:** Walking,Standing, Sitting, Climbing, Bending and Lifting (Up to 50 lbs). **Who We Are** Interfor is a growth-oriented forest products company, operating in all major forest products markets across North America.
