Eaton’s North American Sales division is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team at the Franklin, MA location. The expected annual salary range for this role is $50024.97 - $73369.96 a year.

What you’ll do:

The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support for various North American Sales (NAS) leadership team members.

Essential Functions:
•    Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our sales site. This can range from coordinating and handling travel arrangements and meetings and managing schedules to running reports and presentations as needed 
•    Lead the coordination of all group meetings (regional, national, training, field seminars, etc.) including logistics, location, event, and meeting planning activities
•    Calendar, Email, and Meeting management for senior level management.
•    Maintains electronic distribution lists, Division email and regular mailboxes and manages regular disbursement of personnel and other electronic announcements
•    Support the administrative activities of fleet management 
•    Maintains departmental files for critical communications, contracts, legal documents, and other documents.
•    Interact with other business units as required to support NAS sales activities
•    Maintain a dedicated knowledge of procedures, with a broad knowledge of department, divisional products, and company organization
•    Coordinate trade show related activities including logistics, booth support (product display arrangements) planning, lead management, etc.
•    Support the preparation of presentations for various meetings including gathering the necessary data to complete the task through multiple avenues in the organization.
•    Manage and coordinate facility requirements – including scheduling conference rooms, supply and promotional ordering, and maintenance requests 
•    Manage and coordinate facility requests and supplier partnerships. 
•    Manage financial activities using various systems (verifying sales credit with system data, maintaining Z account, monitor and track departmental spending budgets, distribution of season ticket packages, etc.)
•    Develop and distribute monthly reports – including aggregating management reports, including, orders, sales, backlog and others as required (C360, OBIEE, Qlikview, and other business systems)
•    Assist in administration of New Hire Onboarding and employee offboarding
•    Various business support to the business group

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
•    Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in an office/administrative environment or an associate degree from an accredited institution.  
•    Ability to work in the US without company sponsorship Must be authorized to work in the U.S without company sponsorship now or in the future
•    No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Franklin, MA to be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.


Preferred Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Institution
