Responsibilities: + Respond to inquiries promptly; anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve problems; ensure unresolved and complex issues are escalated to management + Answer and direct phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors; provide information to visitors and clients + Generate and send correspondence + Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. + Make travel arrangements for executives, such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations + Collaborate with Corporate Services and IS Departments to repair and maintain office equipment + Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail + Assist with the organization, maintenance, and submission of documentation and business records; liaise with office staff, AAA corporate office, outside parties, and vendors + Maintain office supply inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and tracking orders + Provide clerical support on the management of arbitration and mediation cases in accordance with AAA rules and procedures + Demonstrate regular, reliable, and predictable attendance + Attend on-site and in-person meetings and training sessions We value employee growth and offer opportunities for professional development.
