JOB SUMMARY

The Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant provides daily financial, administrative, and clerical support to the CDCN Accounting Team. Responsibilities include processing incoming mail, managing outgoing USPS deliveries, and preparing daily deposits for various company locations. The role also involves monitoring and ordering office supplies for the Accounting and Payroll departments.

JOB DUTIES

Open, sort, and distribute all incoming mail at CDCN headquarters Process USPS postage for daily outgoing mail Prepare and balance daily check deposits for all company locations Use Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) to scan checks for daily deposits Scan, email, and store invoices and supporting documents Order office supplies as needed Adapt to changes and learn new tasks as required Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma preferred Knowledge of basic Excel functions Microsoft Office and Teams experience preferred Effective in cross-team collaboration Reliable internet service for hybrid or remote work, if applicable

The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
