Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a team of executives in their NYC office. The hours are 8:00am-5:30pm (flex to check email after hours) and this role is in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

Provide seamless administrative support to a team of sevenManage a complex calendar and meeting scheduleBook travel including flights, hotels, and car servicesProcess and submit expenses in a timely mannerGreet guests, handle mail, restock the pantry, and set up catering

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required2-4+ years' experience supporting a team; financial services exposure a plusDetail oriented

Compensation/Benefits:
