Our client, a national bank, is seeking an Administrative Assistant in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm (need some flex for OT) and this role is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote.

Responsibilities:

Perform complex administrative duties for a large team and senior leadershipBook domestic and international travelAnswer phones, connect clients to senior bankers, and receive visitorsProduce reports, input and analyze dataSchedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings and conferencesSubmit expense records

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred2+ years of administrative experienceExcellent written and verbal communications skills.Organized and proactive individual capable of working on a fast-paced environment

Compensation/Benefits:
