Responsibilities:
Oversee and streamline daily operations by creating and tracking tasks in CRM for all client-related activities.Assist in sending thoughtful gifts to clients for referrals and holidays, enhancing client satisfaction and relationships.Aid in the preparation and mailing of quarterly and year-end reports to clients.Distribute incoming mail, maintain office supplies, and ensure inventory is consistently stocked.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an operational support role, preferably within the financial services industry.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, making you adept at interacting with clients and team members alike.Excel in working both independently and as part of a team, balancing multiple tasks effectively.Hands-on experience with CRM software and are comfortable navigating various administrative tools.
